  • Resource Information

Abstract

Curiosity is definitely a very good thing.  This feeling is what keeps us alive since the moment we were born. The greater the distance between what we know and want to know, the more it is fueled. Every new discovery brings new questions. In this activity, learners will think about science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics. They will think about what they would like to learn and search about it. This activity can be developed individually by learners or as a whole class. It is advised to realize it as a whole class and discuss about the questions all together.

Learning Outcomes

The learners will learn how to make search and understand the scientific aspects of daily issues.

  • Tell what they want to learn.
  • Define certain responses to the questions asked.
  • Find ways to reach information
  • Plan to make research
  • Organize ideas to discuss
  • Develop their own question to learn
  • Explain different findings on questions
  • Provide responds to different proposed questions
  • Discuss different results with peers

Other Instructions

5 simple steps that you will follow:

  • Decide your question for the activity. This can be about anything you would like to learn, about science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics.
  • Write it on a piece of paper and give to the teacher.
  • The teacher will collect all the questions form your peers. Every day, the teacher will pull one question out of the box and ask you.
  • Make a research about the question and try to find responds.
